SHIPPING RATES

Free standard shipping on orders over $99 covering all of North America. Additional shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping outside of North America is currently limited by weight restrictions, therefore only smaller orders are able to be placed. If you would like to order larger or heavier items, please contact us at support@thearcaneclubhouse.ca for additional shipping options

SHIPPING PRIVACY

All orders are shipped in a plain brown box, to uphold customer privacy. The charges on your invoice will be from "Locket And Bone LTD", the parent company of this website. If you would like us to remove any of the manufacturer boxes, please email us at support@thearcaneclubhouse.ca, with your request in the subject line. A small discount may apply. 

ADDITIONAL FEES

The customer is responsible for all duties/fees associated with the purchase of the items. 

DELAYS

Please allow for additional delays due to events outside of our control. We will do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible, but delays do happen. Express shipping is currently the most reliable, and fastest method of shipping items.
