Free standard shipping on orders over $99 covering all of North America, 

Overseas shipping estimates are generally 12-14 business days (2-4 days for processing, 10-12 days for shipments). In stock items shipping from Canada have reduced shipping times, generally around 5 business days across the country.

All orders are shipped in a plain brown box, to uphold customer privacy. Your invoice and shipping label will be from the parent company of this website. If you would like us to remove any of the manufacturer boxes, please email us at support@thearcaneclubhouse.ca, with your request in the subject line. A small discount may apply. 

The customer is responsible for all duties/fees associated with the purchase of the items. 

Please allow for additional delays due to events outside of our control. We will do our best to deliver your package to you as quickly as possible, but delays do happen. Express shipping is currently the most reliable, and fastest method of shipping items.
